Working with Folders

To add a folder

  1. If the Mail window is not open, choose Mail on the Windows menu.
  2. On the Mail menu, choose New Mail Folder.
  3. Type a name for the new folder.
  4. Click OK.

To move a message to a folder

  1. In the mail preview pane, select the mail message you want to move.
  2. On the Message menu, point to Move Message To, and select the folder you want to move the message to from the pop-up menu.

To rename a folder

  1. Select the folder you want to rename.
  2. On the Mail menu, choose Rename Mail Folder.
  3. Type a new name for the folder.
  4. Click OK.
